Application
Gelatine dynamite is a cap sensitive explosive with good water resistance. It is mostly developed for blasting operations where hard rock or demanding conditions prevail. Depending on the drill hole diameter, gelatine dynamite can be used in every surface and underground blasting operation as a primer, bottom or column charge.
Packaging
Depending on the application, gelatine dynamite isdelivered in paper or plastic film cartridges, packed in corrugated board cases of 25kg net weight.

Storage
Gelatine dynamite should be handled stored and used according to the national laws and regulations. It should be stored in a cool.dry, well-ventilated place. Storage temperature between +5 °C and +30 °C is highly recommended.
The explosive may become stiff if temperature fluctuates around +32 °C. Storage up to +60 °C is safe.
Provided that storage conditions are appropriate, it is recommended to use gelatine dynamite within 12 months.
Product shelf life expansion can be verified after examined by the supplier.
